Love Italian food??

The homemade pastas, the cheese and bread, the porchetta & prosciutto, fresh veggies, desserts to die for and wines to go with it all. Mangiamo!! Grab your BFF - Best Foodie Friend - and sign up together!

We start with 3 days in Italy’s food capital, Bologna!! Imagine a food walking tour with tastings and visits to family-owned producers of authentic parmigiano-reggiano cheese, a local winery and savoring aged balsamic vinegars. Delizioso!!

Then we go down the coast and our private driver takes us to the Adriatic Sea for lunch before driving us into the Apennines hillsfor a 3-night stay at an agriturismo in a 300 yr old restored farmhouse.

We’ll enjoy authentic farm-to-table meals, a cooking class dinner with chef Jason and their fun pizza night!

Finally, we’ll have 2.5 days in one of my favorite cities, Florence, with another cooking class at the home of a private chef, shopping opportunities in the Oltrarno and a few stops in lesser known but amazing places.

Then back to Bologna for departure. This is a longer trip than usual…9 nights, AND if you want more, we’ll stay 2 more nights in Florence through Easter weekend with several options of places to go and things to do.

Join me on my 10th trip to Italy and experience real Italian food and the culture and traditions that make it unforgettable.

Please NOTE: Because I have included almost all meals and food-activities, it is not possible to accommodate or provide alternatives for those with food allergies (including gluten or dairy free) or other preferences (vegan/vegetarian).
