Join us as we love on cuddly stuffed bears and see how they are made within a personalized factory tour. Then experience the Morgan Horse Farm, which is home to the oldest, continuous Morgan horse breeding herd in the world. You'll be in awe at the beauty of these magnificent creatures. Follow that up with visiting a historical home that was part of the Underground Railroad during the Civil War. Don't forget about our hands-on cheese making class. Spend the day learning the history of cheesemaking, the importance of sourcing the best milk, the secrets of cheese, and how to create some best-loved cheeses! Then last but not least we will rediscover the romance of the rails on board a relaxing three-hour round-trip dinner train. Enjoy a three-course gourmet dinner created on board our kitchen car while the beautiful Vermont landscape rolls by your window.
